Bella, a soft and sweetly friendly golden retriever, was the first living thing I noticed when entering Affordable Golf Cars of Venice. It couldn’t be helped: the gentle 6-year-old came up to me immediately and jutted forth her jaw that held an orange ball between her teeth.
Being the quick study that I am, I got it right away that I was to try to get that ball out of her mouth. Try is the operative word, because in her gentle form of play, she won’t release the ball, she just likes the attention the “trying” gets her, which invariably is followed by several passes of hands across her brow and forehead.
