Family upholstery business is booming

More than 30 years ago, Gayle Harrison, a master upholsterer, was working part-time while raising two young children. She created a small business reupholstering seating in small aircraft.

Today, those two children have grown and married, and the whole family owns and operates a fast-growing business, AeroNaut Upholstery Solutions, 779 Commerce Drive, Unit 11, in the Sarasota Industrial Estate at Jacaranda Boulevard/I-75 interchange.
