It started out as a family business, and 50 years later, Buffalo Bill’s is still a family-owned and operated catering operation.

Back in 1964, Bob and Julie Steinwachs moved down to the Venice area from Buffalo, N.Y., and opened up a little restaurant. Less than a decade later, the catering aspect of the business had become so popular that they decided to concentrate on it fully.
