We all know what happens when newspapers or bloggers print or post what they believe is “news” before having a chance to verify the details.
Every once in a while, the news ends up being rumor, or faulty, or an outright lie. In this day and age of rushing to get the news online before anybody else, we are seeing more error-prone “news” than this world has seen in recent memory.
