W e’ve said it gently, and we’ve said it with humor . N ow we’re saying it loud and clear: If you bought a house close enough to the Venice Municipal Airport that the sound or smell of planes bothers you and you think something should be done about it, keep it to yourself.
The airport has been in its very visible, very audible, very smellable location since the 1940s. Planes fly in and out of it all the time, even, occasionally, in the wee hours of the morning, often on a mission of mercy delivering a body organ.
