Toddler undergoes surgeries; mom’s service is today

A Christmas blessing happened for family and friends shattered by a recent deadly vehicle crash.

Baby Dominic Anderson, whose mother Shannon was killed in a wreck Dec. 14 in South Venice, is breathing on his own and his right eye is open.
