Venice Regional gets national award for detailed patient care

From the moment a person enters Venice Regional Medical Center, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of steps that nurses, doctors and others must take to ensure a person gets the best medical care. And those steps must be taken in a certain order.

Of the thousands of hospitals across the country, Venice Regional Medical Center is one of the few that for three years straight has been recognized as taking the right steps, and doing them in the right order, nearly every time.
