Research on child hunger in Sarasota and DeSoto counties reveals that alarming numbers of children are “food insecure” and worry about the source and quality of their next meal.

Commissioned by All Faiths Food Bank and Gulf Coast Community Foundation, the new study is one of the most comprehensive child-hunger studies ever conducted and gathers information directly from the perspectives of children.
