Marion W. Mylet

Marion W. Mylet,, age 90, formerly of Venice, Fla., and Westmont, N.J., passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, after a brief decline.

She was the beloved wife of the late John Mylet; the mother of Thomas (Marianne) Mylet of Winston-Salem, N.C., and Barbara (James) Hoban of Pine Hill, N.J.; grandmother of five grandchildren; great-grandmother of four great-grandchildren; and sister of Ella Spegel.

A member of the Camden (N.J.) High School Class of ’42, Marion worked at New Jersey Bell Telephone and for the U.S. Post Office. She and her late husband retired to Venice, Fla., in 1981, where she became an avid golfer and was active with Venice Theatre for more than 25 years.

Services: A memorial service is being planned at a later date.
