Donna Lee Keil, age 63, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Addison and Park Ridge, Ill., passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014.
She was born Feb. 21, 1951, in Chicago, Ill. Donna was a clerical worker for Centel Communications and Sprint Corporation, which she retired from in 1997. She moved to Venice, Fla., from Addison, Ill., in 2012.
She was a very talented quilter and loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. Donna was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Venice Congregation.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Alan; a sister, Linda Rettberg, of Des Plaines, Ill.; her aunt and uncle, Pat and Bill Johns, of Bonita Springs, Fla.; and her uncles, Jack Minehan of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Sam Remley of North Providence, R.I. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.
