The Venice Indians boys basketball team has been looking for positives to start the season.

After taking their lumps early, the Indians welcomed Jaivon Heiligh off the football field on Tuesday night. After spending Saturday catching passes, Heiligh teamed with fellow seniors Reese Jackowiak, Dylan Gregoire and Trent Holloway to lead Venice to a 72-36 win over the visiting Sarasota Sailors.
