The Venice and North Port girls soccer teams had been working on trying to finish out games at a high level heading into their district matchup Tuesday night.

The Indians may have finished off North Port in a matchup earlier this fall, but after a 1-1 draw played in a windy Powell-Davis Stadium, both teams will have to head back to the drawing board to find a finishing attack for the second half of the season.
