In this week’s non-district matchup between the North Port Bobcats and the Venice Indians, both Ryan Power and John Flynn expected a rivalry matchup with a rowdy atmosphere and chippy play from the players.

The players held up their end of the deal and, in an entertaining game from start to finish, the Bobcats closed out the Indians and secured a 75-67 road win to improve to 4-1 on the season. Venice falls to 1-5 with the loss.
