Venice grad Burton pursues football dream

As Texas Tech tight end Jace Amaro boldly proclaimed himself to be the best tight end in this year’s NFL draft, Trey Burton settled in at a table on the other side of the room at Lucas Oil Stadium.

While Amaro boasts the track record worthy of such a claim at this year’s NFL Combine, Burton offers no record whatsoever.
