Archer, Burton set to begin NFL careers

Two former Venice High School football players — including one who ran the second-fastest 40-yard dash time in NFL Scouting Combine history — are on their way to the top of the football world.

Former Indian and Kent State running back Dri Archer was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round of last weekend’s NFL Draft.
