Familiar faces set to lead VHS football

When the Venice Indians football team takes the field for Friday night’s annual spring football game against Lakeland, senior-to-be quarterback Mischo Cemovich will finally get to do something he’s worked the last two years to do: start a game under center.

Cemovich has the daunting task of replacing Dom Marino, who threw for 1,153 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2013 and earned a scholarship to Florida Atlantic University. Cemovich says he’s ready for the challenge.
