Tristan Miles, 16, is a member of Englewood's Special Olympics stand-up paddleboard team. Tristan and his teammates are planning to compete in Cocoa Beach in September but need help raising funds to make the trip.

At age 16, Tristan Miles has never ridden a bicycle.
When he was just over a year old, Tristan was diagnosed with Fragile X syndrome, the most common form of inherited intellectual and developmental disability. It also affects motor skill. He still has issues with his balance.
