Schaad takes game to national level

Venice 12 year-old baseball player Josh Schadd is the only player on the Southwest Coast of Florida to be selected to take part in this weekend's USA Baseball tournament in Orlando.

All along the Southwest coast of Florida, there are hundreds of 12-year-olds who play baseball on a competitive level.

However, only one of them can say they play for USA Baseball. That honor falls on Venice 12-year-old Josh Schaad, who is taking part in a national tournament featuring some of the best talent in the country this weekend in Orlando.
