This photo turned out nicely, thought you might be able to use it in the WaterLine. It was taken in the first opening off Ponce Inlet. My husband John is throwing the net.

A lot of anglers are singing hallelujah now that the schools of whitebait and threadfins have returned. They’re still a bit scattered, but that’s temporary. It won’t be long before there are tight schools, just perfect for throwing a castnet over, and then you can have all the free bait you could ever want. All you need is a net.

Well, maybe it’s not quite so simple.
