I’ve been doing a lot of canal fishing lately. I know things are pretty good out in the Harbor right now. I know this because I’m frequently overhearing Josh Olive on his cell trying to politely invite himself out with various captains. For him to go through so much effort, you know the fishing is good.
But like many, I’m finding time to be a hot commodity this summer. It’s always a good thing to be busy, but priorities have put a lazy day on the water closer to the bottom of the list. So, why not hit the canals? This type of fishing is as old as the hills. Really, all you need is a pole, hook and some string. Dig up a worm or two and you’re in business.
